“Hong Kong is not China” is not a simple statement. It’s freighted
with history, tension and uncertainty. What is certain, however, is that
Shanghai’s Oriental Pearl Tower is not in Hong Kong.
Until now.

hovering over Hong Kong’s Victoria Harbour. In the foreground, somewhere
in the Central district, is the famous Shanghai landmark. Across the
poster the question looms, “WHY ARE THEY HERE?”
